Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
Use the "Book Now" button on any page to check live availability and reserve instantly. You can also call or email our reservations team.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Cancellations within 7 days, or no-shows, are charged the first night. Some special offers have different terms, shown when you book.
When will I be charged?
No prepayment is required for standard rates. Your card guarantees the booking and payment is taken at the hotel.
Are taxes included in the price?
Room rates are shown before taxes. During booking you will see a full breakdown of the nightly rate, fees and taxes before you confirm.
Your stay
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can be requested and are subject to availability.
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is included with suites and selected offers. For other rates, it can be added during your stay.
Do you welcome children?
Absolutely. Children of all ages are welcome, cots are free on request, and our Family Suites sleep up to six guests.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs under 20 kg are welcome in selected rooms for a small fee. Please let us know when booking.
Facilities
Is there parking?
Yes — secure valet parking is available on-site, including electric vehicle charging.
Is Wi-Fi free?
High-speed Wi-Fi is complimentary throughout the hotel, including all rooms, the pool and gardens.
Do I need to book spa treatments in advance?
We recommend booking treatments before you arrive, especially at weekends. Our concierge can arrange this for you.
Getting here
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes. Private transfers can be arranged with our concierge, and are included with the Penthouse Suite.
